Shipping & Returns

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Delivery in 15-21 business days on “Made to Order” Products.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Gurgaon. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Tracking Package

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent’s website by entering your assigned order tracking number.

Non-Availability on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Do note, orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

Returns

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our Terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances. 

Payment, Taxes & Duties

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide net banking options across major banks, UPI & wallets.
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns

At Maasi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased directly from Maasi  via our official website or authorized channels.
The return request is initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included with the returned item.
The item is not a customized, personalized, or made-to-order product, which are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are excluded from returns and refunds:

Customized or personalized apparel (e.g., tailored fits, monogrammed items)
Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable”
Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Gift cards and vouchers

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at:

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our team within 5 business days of receiving the RMA.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to defects or errors on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid loss or damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as COD payments cannot be reversed to cash.
restocking fee of ₹200 applies to returns for COD orders to cover logistics and handling costs.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the above terms) and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@maasi.in with photos and order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
Do not discard the original packaging or product until the issue is resolved.

Lost or Stolen Returns

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend using a courier service with tracking and insurance.
Claims for lost returns must be reported within 21 days of shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for ready-to-ship items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
