All our pieces are handcrafted at Home of Maasi.
We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colors truest and
nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our
pieces there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints
or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual
product.
Shipping
Every piece is handcrafted at the Home of Maasi and goes through multiple processes before we are able to create the perfect piece for you.

We ship domestic only as of now. For international orders shipping
will be added to your total at the checkout. Shipping charges may vary with
location and order value.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a
courier tracking number via email. For additional information you can email us

Cancellation
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the
orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled
or refunded.
Garments at Maasi are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we have a lifetime alteration policy.
