- Sequin Choli (Crop Top)
Square sweetheart neckline with broad straps and dense vertical gold and silver sequin(Gota Patti) stripe embellishment throughout. Finished with a delicate silver lace trim along the hem. Features attached sheer olive-green full sleeves with dramatic ruffle bell cuffs, also trimmed in silver lace. - Lehenga Skirt
Full-circle floor-length skirt in the same olive sequin stripe lace. Features a tiered tulle ruffle at the hip that adds volume and movement, and a second wide tulle ruffle at the hem, both edged with silver lace trim. Fully flared for maximum twirl factor.
- Dry clean recommended. The dense sequin embellishment and tulle ruffles are best preserved with professional dry cleaning. Always mention the tulle layers and silver lace trim to your dry cleaner.
- If hand washing, use cold water only with a very mild detergent. Gently squeeze, never wring or rub the sequined panels, as this can dislodge embellishments.
- Do not machine wash. Agitation will damage the sequins, distort the tulle ruffles, and fray the lace trim.
- Air dry flat in shade. Hang drying can stretch the skirt out of shape. Lay flat on a clean towel and reshape the ruffles while damp.
- Steam, don’t iron. Use a handheld steamer on the tulle and sheer sleeves from a safe distance. Never iron directly over sequins, heat will melt or warp them.
- Jewellery
Keep it dainty and age-appropriate. Small gold or pearl stud earrings work beautifully against the olive tones. A thin gold bangle or two adds a touch of tradition without overpowering the outfit. Avoid heavy necklaces, the choli’s broad straps and neckline are the statement. - Footwear
Gold or champagne juttis (Indian flat shoes) are the ideal pairing, traditional, comfortable, and easy to dance in. For a more modern take, strappy gold sandals or embellished block heels for older girls work just as well. Avoid bulky shoes that compete with the skirt’s volume. - Hair
A braided updo or a loose side braid with small gold pins complements the regal feel of the outfit. Leaving hair down in soft waves also works beautifully, letting the sheer bell sleeves take centre stage. Add a small floral clip or maang tikka for festive occasions. - Accessories
A small potli bag in gold or olive is the perfect finishing touch, practical for little ones and entirely on-theme. Keep other accessories minimal; the sequin embellishment and ruffle details do all the work.
