By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Prices are in INR. International customers may incur currency conversion fees.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (India only).

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days for unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
Customized/personalized items are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
A restocking fee of ₹200 applies to COD returns.

Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, text) is owned by Maasi
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under Indian law.
Jurisdiction: Haryana courts.
